The DANA application is an on line service which allows Users to create a deposit from their Bank Account and other payment company (SMS Banking, Top Up, etc.), by scanning a QR Code or sending a request link via chat/messaging media. Additionally, it enables Users to send money in the form of DANA Balance and other users’ bank accounts to other DANA Users or non-DANA Users through the Banking account and/or chat/messaging media. User may transfer funds from DANA Balance to another DANA User or to a user’s Banking account by scanning a QR Code, or by sending a request link for the relevant nominal amount via chat/messaging media. This feature also enables the sending of DANA Balance to another DANA User who hasn’t previously registered with this feature, so long as the sender inputs the recipient’s identity information including however not limited to his/her telephone number, name relating with the recipient’s identity card, and the nominal money to be transferred.

For User safety, the DANA application will be automatically locked when the most sum of money sent is reached. If the transaction is unauthorized, DANA will inform the User through the DANA account page and the relevant User may contact Customer Care for assistance.

EDIK will verify the identity of the User by requiring the User to complete a Personal Identification Number (PIN). PIN is really a personal identification number set by the User, when activating DANA application to guarantee the User’s identity in DANA security system and to prevent the likelihood of unauthorized use of DANA application.

If the User is not able to authenticate his/her transaction by filling in PIN, the transaction will be blocked until the PIN is verified. The User will be informed of the verification status, which will be regulated in Terms and Conditions IV Number 3.

Following the verification process is completed, the user’s DANA account will be activated, and the money will be immediately deposited in the related Bank account. If the transfer is canceled, DANA will return the money to the User’s bank-account as soon as possible. If the deposit amount is insufficient, a person will have to contact DANA through Customer Care.

The DANA application will be locked when the most sum of money sent is exceeded, and if the transaction is unauthorized, DANA will notify the User through the DANA account page and will return the money to the User’s Banking account as soon as possible. If the transfer is canceled, DANA can return the money to the User’s bank or withdraw the money from the user’s account as soon as possible.

For User safety, the DANA app will be locked when the most sum of money is reached, and if the transaction is unauthorized, EDIK will inform the User through the DANA accountpage and the relevant User may contact Customer Care for advice. If the deposit amount is insufficient, the consumer will have to contact DANA through Customercare.
